DEATHS

Agnes Coughenour

Agnes Clara Coughenour, daughter of Christ and Hattie Bowers, was born March 9, 1890 in Pennsylvania.

She passed away at the Evangelical Hospital at 7:20 p.m. on January 25 after an illness of eight months at the age of 75 years, 10 months, 16 days.

At the age of 16 she came to Colo where she lived the remainder of her life.

She was united in marriage Isaac Coughenour in January 1906. Six children were born to this union

She was preceded in death by her husband, Isaac in 1942, two daughters, Mrs. John (Ella) Troutner and Marie in infancy, two sisters and one brother.

She leaves to mourn her passing her two sons, Levi and Lloyd of Colo, two daughters, Mrs. Everett (Hazel) Kelderhouse of Collins, Mrs. Wendell (Violet) Peterson of Radcliffe, 13 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Annie Baker of Myersdale, Pa., one brother, Aden Blocher of Salisbury, Pa., one half sister, three half brothers all of Pennsylvania and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

She was devoted mother and grandmother to all and will be greatly missed by her family and all who had known her.

Pallbearers were Edgar Hemping, Ray Weir, Wendall Bengston, Chester Kelderhouse, Donald Carlson and Glenn Olson.
