AREA DEATHS
Mrs. Hazel Geisler
A former resident of Maxwell, Mrs. Hazel Geisler of Baxter, died at the Skiff Memorial Hospital on Dec. 25.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Peoria Methodist Church. Rev. Dale Ellsworth will officiate and the burial will be in the Graham Cemetery.
Three sons, Gayle Geisler of Des Moines, Francis Geisler of Nevada and Bill Geisler of Colo and two daughters Mrs. Harvey DeVault of Colo and Mrs. Buford Wilson of Des Moines survive. Other survivors include 11 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren, one brother, Vern Shanklin of Mountain Home, Ark. and three sisters, Mrs. Beulah Curtis of Newton, Mrs. Carl Gray of Avusa, Calif. and Mrs. John Lundeen of Richmond, Calif.
Cooper's Funeral Home in Maxwell is in charge of funeral arrangements.
