Funeral services held for Mrs. Elida Fausch on Tuesday, July 2 from the Bergen Lutheran church in Roland. Rev. A. E. Nelson was in charge of services. Interment was in the Bethlehem cemetery at Slater.

Music was furnished by the Roland Ladies Sextette with Mrs. Otto Hanson at the organ.

Paul Fausch, Herbert Reinertson, Homer Reinertson, Glen Reinertson, Irvin Houge and Robert Fausch served as pall bearers.

Obituary

Elida Clara Reinertson Fausch was born on a farm southwest of Kelley, daughter of Edward and Jennie Reinertson. She died June 29 at Story County Hospital, Nevada, at 62.

She was married to Arthur John Fausch who survives along with the following children: four daughters--Rosemary, Mrs. Robert Sampson, Roland; Janice, Mrs. Robert Amme, Ames; Lois, Mrs. Arnold Skromme, Moline, Ill.; Doris, Mrs. Richard Alleman, Alleman; two sons--David, Cedar Rapids and Wayne, Sac City, and 12 grandchildren.

Also surviving are four sisters--Mrs. Ida Houge, Slater; Mrs. Henry Sandness, Long Beach, Calif.; Mrs. Florence Hopkins, Pasadena, Calif.; Mrs. Dewey Fausch, Cedar Falls, and five brothers, Randall, Slater; Louis, Kelley; Ben, Luther; Fred, El Cerrito, Calif. and Jack, Roland.

Mrs. Fausch was active for many years in church and community activities and served as president of Kelley Bethany Ladies Aid and Kelley Community club. She also served for several years as president of Bergen Ladies Aid, Roland.

Burial was July 2 in Slater cemetery.
