CLOYD DALE MAXWELL

MAXWELL: Cloyd Dale Maxwell, son of Warren J. and Emma T. Maxwell, was born Aug. 9, 1889 at Maxwell, Iowa. He lived his entire life in Indian Creek township, Story county. He passed away June 23, 1957 near Quartzsite, Ariz., at the age of 67 years, 10 months and 14 days.

He was united in marriage to Rosa Pearl Bear Oct. 6, 1927 at Des Moines, Iowa. Two sons were born to this union, Warren John, who also met death at Quartzsite and Robert Dale.

He united with the Christian church Feb. 8, 1942 and became a deacon in 1943.

He is survived by his wife, Rosa, one son, Robert, two grandsons, one brother, Boyd T. Maxwell, one uncle, R. A. Robinson of Nevada and numerous cousins as well as a host of friends.
