Rites pending at Maxwell for Zella Brown, 81

Funeral services are pending for Mrs. Zella Brown, 81, Collins, who died at the Story County Hospital in Nevada Wednesday at 6:45 p.m.

Mrs. Brown, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ransom Cooper was born in Jasper County January 31, 1888.

She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Neva Cory, Maxwell, one son, W. F. Brown of Chippewa Falls, Wis.; six sisters, Mrs. Vera Huffaker and Mrs. Mary Oxley of Maxwell, Mrs. Ola Olson of Webster, Wis.; Mrs. Hazel Ritgeway of Collins, Mrs. Alice Stinson of Des Moines and Mrs. Ila Barney of Cyron, Wis.; and one brother, Ira Cooper of Wisconsin.

She was preceded in death by one daughter and her parents.

Services are pending at the Cooper Funeral Home in Maxwell.
