The requiem mas was sung by a choir composed of Mrs. Lester Meimann, Mrs. Ernie Thoreson, Mrs. Reis Prati and Miss Helen Plavets.

Thirty-five members of the Nevada-Colo Council of Knights of Columbus attended in a body and served as honorary pall bearers.

The active pall bearers were nephews of the deceased: Don Fitzgerald, Gene Heintz, Marion Heintz, Merrill Heintz, Wayne Heintz and John O'Donnell.

Burial was in the Nevada Catholic cemetery.

Rosary Services

On Monday evening two rosary services were held at the Ryan Funeral Home where the body was lying in state, the one by the Knights of Columbus and the other attended by the St. Patrick's congregation.

The casket was surrounded by a very large number of beautiful floral offerings, an many spiritual bouquets were given, showing the very high esteem in which the deceased was held in the community in which he had practically lived his entire life.
