A large number of Masons from Ames, Nevada and Maxwell attended the funeral of Samuel Bossuit last Sunday afternoon.

Samuel Bossuit whose sickness has been reported by the writer a number of times, passed out last Friday evening into the great beyond. He has been a resident of Cambridge since 1856. He had been a member of the Masonic order for 48 years. The funeral was held in the U. B. church Sunday afternoon at two o'clock. Rev. Graves preaching the sermon. The Masonic Lodge had charge of the body. A large concourse of people followed the remains to the grave. He had reached the ripe old age of 75 years.
