OBITUARY OF IMO HOWARD.
Zearing Girl Was Very Popular Among Acquaintances.

Zearing, July 12--Imo Wanneta Howard, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Howard* of Zearing, was born July 9, 1898 and died in Nevada July 6, 1916. At the age of one and a half years her parents located four miles southwest of Zearing. After suffering during a number of years she underwent a surgical operation from which she never recovered. Imo was one of the most faithful, kind-hearted girls. She had only friends among her acquaintances, was kind and obedient to her parents. She was always industrious and willing to perform her share about the home, from which she will be sadly missed. She leaves to mourn their loss her father and mother and many friends.The following were the out-of-town people at the funeral: Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Silliman, Sedar Falls; Mr. and Mrs. Manuel Smith and two sons, Renwick; Mrs. C. W. Powell, daughter Vida and son Forrest, Manly; Mr. and Mrs. J. O. Eggleson and children of Sherburne, Minn.; Miss Gladys Mrshall of Iowa Falls; Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Picht and son and daughter of Iowa Falls; J. M. Bayles of Marshalltown, and many others from the nearby towns.
