Obituary From Adams Soderstrum Funeral Home, Story County, Iowa.

Sheila J. Corsbie, 64, of Des Moines died August 22, 2019 at Mercy Hospice in Johnston. A celebration of life service will be Thursday August 29 at 10: 00 am at Immanuel United Methodist Church in Des Moines. Burial will follow in the Roland Cemetery at 1 pm.

Sheila was born on January 20, 1955 in Des Moines to Rex and Marjorie (Livingston) Corsbie. She confirmed at Bergen Lutheran Church in Roland and graduated from Roland-Story High School in 1973. She worked in the customer service as front desk clerk for many years. Sheila was an active member of Immanuel United Methodist Church in Des Moines. She was an avid fan of Iowa State Sports, especially women’s basketball.

Sheila is survived by her brother, Marvin and his wife Cindy of Mesa. AZ.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Soderstrum Funeral Home in Roland and Story City is entrusted with arrangements.
