Former Collins Woman Was Buried

Collins, Jan. 6--Mrs. Elvira Swisher, 79, sister of Mrs. Susan Halterman and a resident of Collins a number of years ago was buried in Collins cemetery Sunday afternoon by the side of her husband, John Swishter, son Robert and daughter Katie.

Mrs. Swisher was at the home of daughter in Des Moines when the end came. Funeral services were held from the Harbach funeral parlors at 2:00 o'clock Sunday afternoon.

She leaves four sons, George, Dan, John and Jess and one daughter, Mrs. Josie Fisher, one sister Mrs. Susan Halterman of Collins and a brother A. J. Hall of Des Moines.
