William Charles Fink

William Charles Fink, 45, of 617 1st St., Colo, Ia., died Monday, July 1, 1985, at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames. Death was due to cancer He had been ill five years.
He was born to Frank and Mary (Jennett) Fink Feb. 27,1940.

He was married to Dixie Lee Louks Feb. 27,1960 at Colo.

Survivors include his wife, Dixie, of 617 1st St., Colo; a son, Duwayne of Ames, a daughter, Denise, of Ames, a daughterinlaw, Nancy; a granddaughter, Annette; his parents, Frank and Mary Fink of Colo; two sisters, Ann Stokka of Ames and Rita Foley of Colo, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother, James.

Mr Fink was educated at Colo High School and the University of Northern Iowa. He worked for General Telephone Co., Nevada, for 19 years.

He was a member of the Moose lodge, the Knights of Columbus, and St Mary's Catholic Church, Colo. He was a supporter of all community activities.

Funeral services will be at St Mary's Catholic Church, Colo, Friday, July 5 at 10 a.m. with Father Franz Lohberg officiating. Burial will be at St Patrick's Cemetery, Nevada

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established

Friends may call at Chet Ryan Funeral Home, 5th St. and G Ave , Nevada, on Wednesday, July 3, from 7 to 9 p.m

A rosary service will be held at the mortuary Thursday, July 4, at 7 30 p m
