Mrs. L. E. Fatland, died last Sunday at the Sanitarium where she had been taken as a last effort to save her life following the birth of a baby boy that morning. She was born in Benton county Oct. 12, 1873 was a graduate of Highland Park college, Des Moines and was married to L. E. Fatland Oct. 23, 1907. She leaves her husband, three children, and several brothers and sisters. The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon at Immanuel church, Rev. Wee of Slater, Rev. Heimarck of this place and Rev. Paulsrud of Randall officiating.
