HARRINGTON TO BE BURIED HERE

FORMER COLO YOUNG MAN TOOK OWN LIFE AT MASON CITY

William Harrington, Jr., 22, who was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound in his heart at his room in Mason City Wednesday, was a grandson of the late Edwin A. Chapman, Sr., of Nevada.

The young man, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Will Harrington, former Colo residents, suicided in his rooming house near the Decker Packing plant, where he had been employed for some time.

The Harrington family had moved from Colo to Mason City about three years ago, since which time the son had been married.

Local relatives have been awaiting word from Mason City regarding the funeral interment arrangements.

The father was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Harrington, former mother was Miss Elva Chapman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Chapman of southwest of Nevada, and a sister of Mrs. J. B. Smith and Mrs. Mack Applegate of Nevada.

Word reaching Nevada this afternoon indicated that the funeral will be held at Mason City, but the body will be brought to Nevada for interment.
