INTERMENT OF AGED WOMAN

Mary Ann Crabb-Hall Passed Away In Des Moines.

Mary Ann Crabb was born in Ohio, Oct. 11, 1830, and died Oct. 31, 1918, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lucy Hopkins in Des Moines. At the age of nineteen years she became the wife of William W. Hall. Eleven children came to the home of whom only two survive--Mrs. O. I. Spencer of this city and Mrs. Lucy Hopkins of Des Mones, with the latter of whom she has made her home during the last seventeen years.

Mrs. Hall was converted when a young girl and joined the Methodist church in Nevada forty-one years ago, not having severed her connection with that church at the time of her death. She lived a devoted Christian life and passed away at the ripe age of eighty-eight years.

Funeral services were held at the home of Mrs. Hopkins in Des Moines and the body was brought for burial to Nevada where brief burial services were conducted by Rev. R. M. Shipman, and she was laid to rest by the side of her husband.
