Henry F. Elliot Dies Thursday in Des Moines

Henry F. Elliot, 64, native son of Story County, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Walter Larsen, at 1339 East Ninth street, Des Moines, Thursday, shortly afternoon, death being due to heart trouble and other complications.

The body may be viewed at the Morfoot Funeral Home from 11 a. m. Sunday until time for the funeral at 2 p. m. that day. Burial will be in Nevada cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs. Elliot had been at the home of their daughter in Des Moines for the past five weeks, his health having been failing for several months.

Henry F. Elliot was the younger son of Mr. and Mrs. Freeman Elliot, pioneers of the Richland township neighborhood.

He had been living in or near Nevada his entire liftime and leaves in his immediate family, his wife, a son, Freeman Elliot of Waterloo, and daughter, Alvira Elliot-Larsen of Des Moines, besides four grandchildren.

He also leaves one brother, Lewis A. Elliot of Ames. The third brother, Jay, died at LaJuto, Colo., a few years ago.
