Mrs. Harriet Eccles Died Wednesday From Heart Attack
Harriet Danskin Eccles, 67, died as a result of a heart attack at Iowa sanitarium Thursday afternoon about 3:00.
Funeral arrangements are dependent upon work from a distance but it is possible that the services will be held Saturday.
Mrs. Eccles, widow of the late Will Eccles was a daughter of the late George Danskin, native of Story county, but had lived at Wall Lake for many years. The husband died ten or more years ago and for the past four years she had made her home at Tama.
She leaves two sisters, Mrs. Jennie Keith of Beaumont, Calif., and Ida Danskin-Sime of Bozeman, Mont.; a brother Ira M. Danskin of Belle Plaine and a half brother, Dr. M. G. Danskin of Glendive, Mont. The parents are both dead.
The deceased is a cousin of Miss Syble and Effie Danskin of 1109 Ninth street, Nevada.
Mrs. Eccles, who was well known in Nevada as a girl, had been at Iowa sanitarium at various times during the past five months, and her death was due to a heart attack and was unexpected.
The brother, Ira M. Danskin of Belle Plaine and H. N. Pimms of Tama, for whom she had been keeping house for the past four years, came last night.
