DIED.

May 21st, in Nevada, of typhoid pneumonia, MISS JENNIE ARMSTRONG, aged nineteen years four months and eight days.

Sister farewell, we no more shall see thee,
In this world of sorrow, suffering and sin,
Thy seat now is vacant, an absent one seemeth,
When we as a family, are seated again.

But sister, we hope, in the "Blest Land" to meet thee,
Where partings and farewells, never are said,
Rest on, in they grave where loved ones have laid thee,
'Till God bids us join thee in mansions o'erhead.
