MRS. DANIEL WELTY DIED SATURDAY

FUNERAL SERVICES TO HELD AT COLO CATHOLIC CHURCH TUESDAY.

Mrs. Dan Welty, 64, died at her home in Colo Saturday morning at 11:15 and the funeral services will be held in St. Mary's church, Colo, Tuesday morning at 9:30 after which interment will be in the Catholic cemetery at that place.

Mrs. Welty had been ill for some years and her death was not unexpected. She leaves besides her husband, one son, Clarence Welty, and a daughter, Anna Welty, besides numerous other relatives.

The family is well and favorably known in and near Nevada where they had lived as well as in Colo and over around Mt. Vernon, where their home had been for some years.

She is a sister-in-law of Bert B. Welty and Mrs. Gertie Alderman of this city.

The family lived for some years on one the Bert B. Welty farms east of the city on Lincoln highway.

Mrs. Welty's maiden name was Mary Ann Holland, having been born at Oregon, Ill, 69 years aog in January.

A sister whose home is at Oelwein had been with her for some time and assisted in her care, while two brothers one from Rockford and the other from Bellewood, Ill., are there for the funeral.
