LETSON FUNERAL SATURDAY AT 2:30

WILL BE HELD AT HOME OF MRS. WORSLEY OF FIFTH

Funeral services for Mrs. Marie Lawrence-Letson of Des Moines, who died at Kellerton, Iowa, Wednesday night, will be held at the home of Mrs. Elfa Worsley, 904 Fifth street, Nevada, Saturday afternoon at 2:30. The remains may be viewed between the hours of 1:30 and 2:30.

The service will be conducted by Rev. W. O. Benthin, pastor of Central Presbyterian church and the pallbearers will be relatives of Mr. Letson.

The deceased was born at Charles City, Iowa, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Lawrence. She leaves besides her husband, her parents, Mrs. and Mrs. J. L. Lawrence and a brother Dale Lawrence.

Mrs. Letson had lived during her married life in Des Moines and had been active in social and club affairs until she became an invalid and was forced to retire. During her active life she was a member of the Des Moines Woman's club.

She was known in Nevada where she had visited at time with relatives of Mr. Letson, the husband being a member of a pioneer family of the community.

It is to Mr. Letson, who was encouraged in the act by his wife, that the people are indebted for the splendid memorial entrance at the Nevada cemetery.
