FORMER NEVADA MAN IS DEAD

W. W. ELLIS VICTIM OF STROKE OF PARALYSIS LAST WEEK.

W. W. Ellis, former resident of Nevada died very suddenly at his home near Chariton Tuesday of last week, according to word reaching friends of the family in Nevada. Mr. Ellis suffered a stroke of paralysis Monday and was found unconscious, on the floor of ban by members of the family.

Funeral and interment were held at Chariton Friday. The Elis family lived in Nevada for a number of years, while Mr. Ellis conducted a dairy business. They left here probably twenty years ago.

There are two sons and six daughters in the family. The sons are Walter who lives on a farm in Walnut Grove, north of Cambridge and Earl who lives at home.

The daughters are Mrs. Carl [Carrie] Ferguson who lives in Ames, Mrs. Rose Sherk of Chicago, Millie [Henry] who is married and lives in California, Sadie [James] married and living in Chariton, Miss Leo who lives with her sister in Chicago and Margaret, who is married and lives in Chariton.
