OLD TIME RESIDENT INTERRED YESTERDAY

Funeral of Peter Castle, who Died in Indiana Held at Ames.

AMES, April 6. -- The remains of Peter Castle, an old time resident of this city were brought here yesterday morning from Indianan and interment took place about ten o'clock. The body was accompanied by the widow, her son Clifford and wife, Conductor and Mrs. Frank Spaulding and son Clifford, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Spaulding and Miss Louise Ross, of all Clinton, Rev. Mitchell had charge of the burial service. Mr. Castle had been sick since the first of January at which time he suffered a stroke of paralysis, caused by a tumor on the brain.
