OBITUARY
Zearing man died Thursday
Jerald Buffington, 45, Zearing, died Thursday afternoon at his place of business.
Born in Zearing, he was a lifetime resident of the Zearing community.
He owned and operated the Buffington Garage in Zearing.
Survivors include his wife, Betty; two sons, Bruce and Mark, both at home; his mother, Mrs Clara Buffington, Zeraring; and a brother, Wallace, South Gate, Calif.
His father, Joe, preceded him in death in 1964.
Funeral services will be Sunday at 2 pm from the United Methodist Church, Zearing, with the Rev Richard L Miller officiating. Burial is to be in the Zearing Cemetery.
The body will lie in state at the Brouhard Funeral Home, Zearing, until time of service.
