Jeanne Ann Bailey Albright, 57, of Smyrna, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2017, in a Hospice facility near Nashville, Tennessee.

Jeanne Ann Vasey was born on August, 3, 1959 in Des Moines, Iowa to John and Dodie (Paulson) Vasey. She attended school in Nevada, Iowa, graduating from Nevada High School in 1977. She was united in marriage with Jim Bailey in 1982 where they together had two children Brandon and Brittany. After they separated she later met Steven Albright. After many years of companionship they married in Smyrna, Tennessee. Jeanne lived in Nevada during her younger years and then moved to Marshalltown, Iowa and more recently Smyrna, Tennessee. Those who knew Jeanne understood the love she had for her children and grandchildren. She had a kind heart and was caring to those around her.

Jeanne was preceded in death by her father John E. Vasey; paternal grandparents Ralph and Vera Vasey of Collins, Iowa; and maternal grandparents Ivan and Anna Paulson of Durham, California.

Jeanne is survived by her husband Steven Albright; her son Brandon Bailey and daughter Brittany Ceren and husband Hector of Marshalltown, Iowa; brother Rod Vasey and wife Dawn of Indianola, Iowa; sister Virginia Vasey and husband Charles Cuny of Chesterfield, Missouri; brother Brad Vasey and wife Rosa of Garden Grove, California; mother Dodie Vasey of Hazelwood, Missouri; granddaughters Camille Ceren, Elyza Ceren, Drea Ceren and Sati Bailey and grandson Oliver Ceren of Marshalltown, Iowa.

A Celebration of Jeanne’s Life will take place in Marshalltown, Iowa on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at River Park (2) Reunion Hall Building from 5 PM to 8:00 PM.
