Mrs. Marion Kilbourne, dean of women at the I. S. C. was called to Muscatine last Friday by the death of her mother, Mrs. Mary Hanlin, who was the oldest resident of Muscatine county. Mrs. Hanlin celebrated her one hundredth birthday last June and her death was due to a severe injury received a week before. She was a native of Pennsylvania.
