Mrs. Harry Pincome [sic] is apprised that her sister, Mrs. R. S. Tresley died Saturday at her home in San Francisco. Mrs. Tresley, her little son and another sister were sufferers from the great earthquake who spent the summer succeeding that disaster with Mrs. Pincombe, and the lady now mourned has been in a decline since then. She had rallied somewhat of late however, and news of her death came as a surprise. It came slowly, owing to disarrangement of the telegraph service, having to await the mails.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: "Mrs. Harry Pincombe" was Minnie Johnson who married Harry Pincombe on 27 December 1883 in Cook County, Illinois.
