From Nevada Representative March 6, 1907

The death of Mrs. Egnes, wife of Station agent Egnes, of Story City was received here with the most profound sadness and regret. While words are insufficient to alleviate the sorrow felt by family, yet the writer is among the multitude who join in the most sincere sympathy for Mr. Egnes and the motherless children.
