The one-year-old child of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Evans died at the family home on Vine street Saturday morning after a distressing illness with some form of meningitis which had lasted about a week. The family had recently come to Nevada from Collins, hence to Collins the little form was carried on Sunday for interment. The babes' grandmother, Mrs. Evans of Collins and Mr. William of Colfax who had been helping to care for the sufferer accompanied the parents, as did also their neighbor and old time friends, Mr. and Mrs. Chris Harrington.
