The little grandson of Dr. Smith*, the five-year old son of his daughter, Mrs. Weaver*, died Sunday night after a brief illness at Tiffin, Ohio, where with his mother he was visiting a sister of Mr. Weaver. The child will be buried Wednesday at Toledo [Iowa], where the family formerly resided, although their present home is at Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mrs. Weaver and the little boy visited here in July and his death will be very much regretted.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: "Dr. Smith" was Francis Salmaron Smith and "Mrs. Weaver" was Etta Maude Smith, daughter of Dr. Smith and his first wife, Etta May Dilling. Etta Maude Smith was married to John Knowles Weaver.
