Death of Geo. Kettlewell

George Kettlewell, a well known young man of this city, died Monday morning at his home in the north part of town, aged about twenty-seven years. He had been ailing of heart and lung trouble for eight months, was sick at home for eight weeks, and his suffering at the last was intense. He was a worthy young man, and the only son and support of his widowed mother. He was by occupation a batteryman for the Hall signal systems of the Northwestern, and faithful in his service year in and year out. His thoughtfulness for his aged mother is attested by his life insurance which will net her a comfortable sum. He was Sachem (the highest officer) of the Redmen Lodge of Nevada, and this fraternity will assist in his funeral which is to be held at the Church of Christ Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock. His sister, Mrs. Elsie Stuart and children are with his mother, at the Kettlewell home, and the two bereaved women have genuine sympathy.
