J. P. Faidley, a pioneer citizen of Maxwell, died Sunday morning at the home of his son-in-law, Alba Alverson, where he had lived for the past few years. Various complications brought on by old age, caused his death. The funeral was held Tuesday from the residence conducted by Rev. S. P Telford, of the Christian church, and interment was in the Maxwell cemetery.
