The body of the late Mr. VanKirk, who dropped dead Thursday at the sanitarium, was taken Saturday night to his old home at Rochester, Minnesota. His son-in-law, Mr. Waldron came down from there Friday night and returned with the body. Brief services were held here Saturday afternoon at the Adventist church. The funeral was to be held at Dodge Center, west of Rochester, and the interment was to be at Concord, in the same vicinity.
