Isabelle Rullestad, Jewell, died

Mrs. Isabelle Rullestad, 88, 113 East Ninth St., formerly of Jewell, died Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Mary Greeley Hospital. She has been a patient at Mary Greeley Hospital for the past three weeks.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. from Bethesda Lutheran Church, Jewell, with Rev. Norbert Jolivette officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery at Jewell.

The body will lie in state at the Becker Funeral Home, Jewell, until 1 p.m.

Mrs. Rullestad ws born May 6, 1882 at Huxley. She married to Jalmer G. Rullestad, Aug. 20, 1901. He preceded her in death in 1937.

She was a practical nurse and cooked for a nursery school in Ames for a number of years.

Survivors include two sons, Gifford Rullestad, Tarpon Springs, Fla. and Joseph Rullestad, Ames; two daughters, Mrs. Erma Vogt, Aurelia and Mrs. Ramona McNeal, Pamona, Calif.; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Glen C. Rullestad Nov. 10, 1969.
