Catherine L. Allison, age 71, of Fremont, NE., formerly of Nevada, IA passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2016, at her home in Fremont, NE. Catherine was born July 15, 1944 in Bishop, CA to Jack and Betty (Davis) Harrison. She lived in California until moving to the Midwest in 1968, residing primarily in Nevada, IA then moving to Fremont, Nebraska in 2013. Catherine was very in tune with the lunar calendar and had a great love of plants and birds.

She is survived by daughter, Marlee of Fremont, NE.; sons, Eric Marsh of Elkhorn, NE, James (Cindy) Allison of Scottsdale, AZ, and Gary Marsh of Bethel Park, PA; sisters, Barbara (Oren) Collett of Salida, CA, Sharon (Darrell) Barham of Spiro, OK, Karen (Kenny) Pipkins of Pocola, OK and Nancy (Rob) Ellis of Panama, OK; brother, Harold Harrison of Panama, OK; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents; step-mother, Virginia A. Harrison and sister, Dianna Fout of Panama, OK.

A celebration of life will be 6:30 P.M. Friday, July 15, 2016, at the Fremont State Lakes off the new walking path. Park at Midland Beach. Her sister Barbara Collett will officiate.
