Mrs. George Olson, 80, Dies Near Roland, Sat.

ROLAND -- Mrs. George Olson, 80, long time resident of Roland died Saturday noon at the Elmer Jacobson home near Roland from a stroke. She had been bedfast several months.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday 1:30 at the Julius Christian home and 2:00 at the Bergen Lutheran church with Rev. Allen Nelson officiating. Interment will be in the Roland cemetery.

She is survived by eight daughters, Mrs. Ida Highland of Ames, Mrs. Dean Lemon of Des Moines, Mrs. Eldon Chance of Zearing, , Mrs. Harvey Skeie of Story City, and Mrs. Elmer Jacobson, Mrs. Alta Johnson, Mrs. Ed Norton and Mrs. Arnie Soreson of Roland, a several grandchildren.
