--Miss Carrie Chevalier died at Red Oak June 4th, and her funeral and interment were at Ames. She was a graduate of the Ames high school an for the last seven years had been a teacher at Red Oak. The remains were accompanied to Ames by her mother, Mrs. Chevalier, her sisters Lynn and Mrs. Junkin, her brothers W. F., Sam and Clint and brother-in-law, Senator Junkin.
