From Nevada Representative May , 1886

--Mrs. Ellis Armstrong and son, S. E. and daughter, Mrs. J. T. Stone, went to Des Moines Monday to attend the funeral of Mr. S. B. Moore, Mrs. Armstrong's brother, who was slugged and who died in consequence last Saturday.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: "Mrs. Ellis Armstrong" was Charlotte Emmaline (Moore) Armstrong, daughter of Simon and Celinda Moore.
