Story City.

....We are obliged to chronicle the death of Knudt Tveidt (or Johnson) living about two miles east of town. He died last Saturday night, and though his death was expected for some time, still many of his friends and acquaintances will feel the loss of a man whose industry honesty and sterling worth can scarcely be replaced in our community. He had been sick for a long time and suffered much, and now had found the rest he so long desired.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: Knudt Twedt/Tvedt Johnson was the son of John Johanneson Twedt and Herborg Olsdatter Sundahl. He was married to Brita Jensdatter Naterstad.
