....John Fatland and William Backus each lost a daughter last Saturday. Each had cholera infantum and the daughter of Mr. Backus also had whooping cough. Alonzo Loung's baby died last week. It had whooping cough. In view of these sad lessons, it is unnecessary for us to say, again that whooping cough is a dangerous disease....
