Nadine Sue Boe was born October 20, 1946 to Oreas and Martha (Goodmanson) Boe. She attended Story City schools and was a proud member of the class of '64. After graduation, she attended Iowa State University.

Nadine worked at the Iowa Department of Transportation for 38 years. She married Kenneth Kelley March 5, 1988, at the Little Brown Church in Nashua.

Nadine always had a smile on her face and made so many folks happy. She liked to laugh, enjoyed a good book, completing jigsaw puzzles, playing bingo, canasta and hand and foot. Nadine volunteered her time doing taxes for the elderly. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, family and friends.

Nadine Boe Moreland Kelley, 68, of Nevada, passed away at Israel Family Hospice House in Ames on July 9, 2015.

Nadine was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Virgene and her husband Kenneth Kelley.

She is survived by her son, Brian (Jennifer) Moreland; granddaughter, Hayden, of Portland, Ore.; grandson, Gavin Fowler of Ames; stepchildren, Curtis Kelley, Lori Kelley-Tillman, Norman Kelley, and Patricia Moore; several step grandchildren; and many cousins.
