Obituary From Adams Soderstrum Funeral Home, Story County, Iowa.

Craig A. Spear was born March 14, 1953 to Wayne and Ethel Jean (Donnelly) Spear in Ames, Iowa. Craig lived in Ames until 1976, when he moved to Clear Lake. He moved back to Ames for two years, 1997 to 1999, and then moved back to Clear Lake. He was a member of the Clear Lake Lions Club and enjoyed traveling.

Craig passed away at 61 years of age on December 8, 2014 at Hospice of North Iowa in Mason City.

Craig is survived by his parents, Wayne and Ethel Spear, of Ames; and his sister, Pamela V. Spear, of Jacksonville, Florida.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Loretta J. McEwin, his aunt, Virginia Stickley; and two uncles, Kenneth Spear and Gerald Spear.
