Joyce Jondall, age 76, of Milton, passed away on Friday, Oct. 17, 2014, at Agrace Center for Hospice & Palliative Care in Janesville. Joyce was born Aug. 29, 1938, in Roland, IA, the daughter of the late Otis and Selma (Opsvedt) Johnson. She graduated from High School in Roland, and was married to Loren Jondall Oct. 4, 1958, in the Salem Lutheran Church, Roland, IA. Joyce moved to Milton in 1971, coming from Janesville. She worked at K-Mart for over 25 years in menswear and then for 12 years at Farm & Fleet in menswear. She enjoyed reading, playing with her cat, and watching the birds. She also liked to garden and loved being with her grandchildren.

Joyce is survived by her husband, Loren of Milton; son, Dan (Jamie) Jondall of Watertown, WI; daughters, Kathy Jondall of Milton, WI, and Kris Hunter of Bentonville, AR; grandchildren, Nicole (Jon) LaFrance, Benjamin Jondall, and Dani Jo Hunter; great grandchildren, Cole and Hailey; a brother, Jerry Johnson of Roland, IA; a sister, June Sondall of Story City, IA; She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Mary Elizabeth; granddaughter, Whitney Jondall; brother, Grant Johnson; sister, Betty Cochran. A Memorial Service will be held at 6: p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014, at the ALBRECHT FUNERAL HOMES &CREMATION SERVICES, Milton with Pastor Bond Holdeman officiating. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
