Arlene Redding
Nov. 5, 1920-Sept. 10, 2006Arlene Redding, 85, formerly of Ames, died Sunday, Sept. 10, at Marshalltown Medical Center. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, at Stevens Memorial Chapel in Ames. Burial will be in Nevada Municipal Cemetery. She was born Nov. 5, 1920, in Ames, to Ed and Clara (Hines) Harle.
She is survived by two sons, John (Carmen) Redding III, of Marshalltown, and Leo (Carolyn) Rew, of Kansas City; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Redding, Jr.
