LONG-TIME NEVADA RESIDENT DIES SUN.

NEVADA--Mrs. Ella Green, 76, resident of Nevada for nearly 60 years, died at her home here Sunday morning following a critical illness of several months. She had been an invalid for several years.

Funeral services will be conducted from St. Patrick's Catholic church Wednesday morning at 9:30 with the Rev. Daniel A. Gorman in charge. Burial will be in St. Patrick's cemetery by the side of her husband, who died 38 years ao. Two other members of the family, a daughter, Mrs. Charles Maroney, who died in Nevada in 1922, and a son, John, who died in Iowa City in 1933, are also buried in the cemetery here.

Mrs. Green was married in Yankton, S. D., 56 years ago. The couple came to Nevada shortly after marriage and had since made this their home. Mr. Green first was engaged in the meat market business with O. R. Dunkelbarger of Nevada and later was employed at the Silliman elevator, remaining in the employment of the firm when it was sold to Dunkelbarger and Morse. At the time of his death he was employed by Dr. B. F. Winsett.

A son, Charles Green, looked after the home following the death of his father.

Surviving are two sons, Charles at home and Edward of Smithland, and eight grandchildren. She also leaves great grandchildren.
