William Farley McDowell was born near Hampton, Iowa, September 29, 1883, and died in Nevada, Iowa, June 25, 1937

He was united in marriage to Tillie Hansen on February 23, 1910, and to this union was born one daughter, Maxine. They also made a home through the years for two boys, Earl and Lowell Bonjour.
