Mrs. F. C. Warrick, 86, a resident of Nevada for more than half a century, died at her home 922 Fifth street, Saturday, June 4, at 9:30 p.m. She had been an invalid since suffering a stroke, June 16, 1950, nearly five years ago. While she had been in declining health for a few weeks, her last illness covered a period of only three days.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Ryan Funeral Home with the Rev. David Ash of the Nevada Methodist church of which she had been a faithful member, in charge of the service. Commital will be in the Nevada cemetery by the side of the husband who preceded her in death, April 2, 1954.
The body is resting at the Ryan Funeral where it will lie in state until the funeral hour.
Lillian Huddleston Warrick, a native of Mt. Auburn, Ind., ws born Jan. 18, 1869, to Jonathon and Lydia Huddleston.
She was united in marriage in Nevada to Fred C. Warrick June 3, 1894 and they had quietly observed their 59th wedding anniversary, June, 1953.
She was a member of the Methodist church and its organizations, a long time member of Solomon Dean Chapter of the D.A.R. and during her active years was especially interested in Home Missionary work.
She is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. George Mulvane of Columbus, Ohio who arrived in the city this afternoon to attend the last rites. She also leaves nieces and a great many friends.
