Mrs. Lande, Huxley, died

Mrs. Carrie Lande, 88, Huxley, died at her home this morning. She had been in ill health for several years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert, in 1948 and a son Joseph, in 1957. Surviving are three sons, Alfred, George and Gerhard, all in Huxley and two daughters, Mrs. Christina Sheldahl and Mrs. Bertha Hauge, Huxley, 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. from the Fjeldberg Lutheran Church, Huxley. The Rev. M. Harold Rye will officiate. Burial will be at the Fjeldberg Cemetery. The body will lie in state at the Riis Funeral Home, Slater, from Wednesday evening to 11 a.m. Friday.
