MRS. ROSE HILBURN

Funeral services for Mrs. Rose Hilburn were held June 22 at Memorial Lutheran Church with the Rev. Victor Hackbarth in charge.

Mrs. Hilburn died at Story County Hospital after an illness of four weeks. She was born in Story County July 17, 1876 the daughter of George and Louisa Hyden and had lived her entire life in this county.

Her survivors are four sons, Clarence of Fernald, Willis of Estherville, George of Odebolt and Howard of Chariton, two daughters, Mrs. C. F. Wilson and Mrs. John Picht of Nevada; 13 grandchildren. Her husband, J. C. Hilburn died in December, 1960.

Burial was in the Murphy Cemetery near Fernald.
