Harry Proctor, 77, son of George and Calista Proctor, was born on a farm near Nevada, April 5, 1881 and died Aug. 11, 1958 after an illness of over two years.

When Harry was a young boy, the family moved to Nevada, where he grew up and attended school.

As a young man he worked at different trades and in various states. In 1928, while working on a road grading job, he was in an accident which resulted in the amputation of his right leg. Soon after this he opened a pop-corn stand in Nevada, which he operated for over twenty-five years.

Harry suffered a stroke in March, 1956, fro which he never recovered.

He was a kind and generous son and brother and made many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Roy and Vern L. Proctor and two sisters, Mrs. Alma Banks and Mrs. Sara Schoel.

He is survived by two sisters, Miss Frances Proctor of Nevada and Mrs. Louise Gilbert of Cleveland, Ohio. Also a number of nieces and nephews.
