Charles Booher Dies From Motor Smashup

One is dead and three others are seriously injured as a result of an automobile accident which occurred one and one-half miles west of Shipley, Thursday at 7:30 p.m.

The dead is Charles Booher, 26, of west Grant township. The injured are Mrs. Charles Booher, Hans Lang, and Ross Bates. The cars collided at the highway intersection, overturning, and collapsing.

Mr. Booher died at the Iowa Sanitarium Friday night from a fracture of the vertibrae in his neck and internal injuries. The other who were injured are expected to live.
