Former Nevadan dies Monday in St. Petersburg

A former Nevadan, Mrs. Mabel (Hawthorne) Kurtz, died Monday evening in St. Petersburg, Fla. at the age of 88.

Funeral services will be held at the Ryan Funeral Home in Nevada at 1:30 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in the Nevada Cemetery.

Survivors include her husband, Cory, of St. Petersburg, and three children: Mrs. Jane MacKenzie, Clarion; Mrs. Esther Albaugh, St. Petersburg, and Mrs. Mary Kimler of Phoenix, Ariz.
